2. What data we process and why

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the website forms:

• Contact / landing form: name, email address and the content of your message, in order to handle your enquiry or request.
• Newsletter: email address, in order to send you technical and product news.
• Browsing data: anonymously and in aggregate form, via analytics cookies, to understand how the website is used (see section 8).

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for handling your enquiries is the consent you give when submitting the form. Sending the newsletter and the use of analytics cookies are likewise based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties, except with the providers that serve Plana Distribuidora (web hosting at O2Switch, within the European Union, and email service), which act as data processors. The analytics service (Google) processes browsing data in aggregate form, as described in section 8.

6. International transfers

The use of Google Analytics may involve processing of data by Google LLC. Google applies the appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to pedidos@planadistribuidora.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

This website uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand, anonymously and in aggregate, how the site is used so that we can improve it. These cookies are only activated if you accept them in the consent banner; by default they remain disabled.

• _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics): measure visits and use of the website. Expiry: up to 24 months.

We do not use advertising or commercial tracking cookies. To remember your choice we store a technical item in your browser's local storage. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's browsing data, which will show the banner again.
